All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS with free shipping included. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

International

We offer worldwide shipping via DHL. Delivery times range from 3–12 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

All duties, taxes, and applicable fees are calculated and included during checkout unless you choose to opt out. If prepaid, no additional charges will be required upon delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHEANGES

All items are final sale.

If you receive an incorrect item or size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pauradime.com. We will gladly assist and provide a prepaid return label.

Returned merchandise must:

We offer exchanges only in cases where the wrong item or size was sent, provided the product is returned in original condition.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
